Welcome to Choose 2B Fit Training.  I'm Amber Peru, and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer in Whittier California. I'm also a Certified Spinning Instructor.  Ive been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years.   I am the mother of two boys and can relate the busy lifestyles that may make it challenging to stay fit.  I'm highly motivated to getting you fit.  Whether you want to lose weight or just feel better physically and mentally, I can help you. 


I advocate good health through exercise, healthy eating habits, and nutritional cleansing.  This leads to a happy, healthy lifestyle.  Being fit not only helps you to look better, it makes you feel better about yourself.  When you feel better about yourself, your stress level goes down, your energy goes up, and you're more productive in every aspect of your life.  Yes, including your job and relationships.  If you have any questions feel free to e-mail or call me.  Hope to see you in the gym.
